Our Registration (IT 11872/06)

Nkomazi Community Trust is a registered South African Trust Fund which is administered in compliance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Practices.  Its audited financial statements are open to public inspection at its offices on weekdays.  The Trust is in the process of being registered as a public benefit organisation (PBO) with the South African Revenue Services.

Corporate Governance

The Trust is governed by eight trustees in total - four drawn from the Community, two from participating companies, and one each from the implementing NGO and Adminstering company.  Its financial and marketing functions are managed by a qualified independent adminstrator.
