On 21 May 2007 a signing ceremony was held at the offices of TWB Attorneys in Sandton appointing the Nkomazi Community Trust as the official beneficiary of the Reagile Trust.  The Reagile Trust is the black empowerment partner of the Xybanetx group, and both organisations are making financial contributors in support of the orphans and vulnerable children of the Nkomazi region.
